Hi!

I'm Whitney. Welcome to my little slice of the Internet, where I talk about life in Seattle and our travels beyond it. I have a handsome husbro I may have met outside of a bar, two crazy felines, and two kiddos, too. It’s a lot, so I’m not always spending as much time here as I’d like. Do you like reality TV, sampling all the products, and pickled veggies? Same!

I'm so glad  you're here.

So Fluffy

We all have our clothing obsessions. Things we know Just. Look. Good. I have three:
  1. Fur (real or faux, but mostly faux)
  2. Maxis
  3. Onesies (preferably with footy grippers)
So, anytime I have the opportunity to combine at least two of these things, I'm in absolute fierce bliss. I got a gift card from my mom and Nordstrom Notes from myself for Christmas, so I went shopping on the iPad around New Year's and found these things. The scarfish thing, which is no longer available, had a review that said the reviewer instantly got compliments on it. No joke - the first time I wore it, a guy leaf blowing the sidewalk told me "Nice scarf!" I didn't even know him. I felt so validated.

The dress is still available and is only $68! You should jump on it because it's just thick enough but still feels light, a great length and totally customizable. I had a Rachel Zoe moment with my fave Nordstrom Rack Rag & Bone booties, but I definitely see myself doing caged sandals and some neon necklaces this spring/summer.

Also, much to my mom's chagrin, grey is one of my colors. Plan to see much more of it here. Always with a pop of fierce.

Dreaming about faux fur onesies. Those could happen.
